Crab apple tartine
Instructions
In a bowl with a fork the shredded crabmeat.
Add two tablespoons of mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
Peel the Apple and cut it into very small cubes, spray them with lemon juice.
Add the crabmeat and stir the lemon juice.
Remove the crust from the bread slices and cut them in half.
Cover the surface with the mixture.
Sprinkle chopped parsley.
Keep in refrigerator until ready to serve.

- 1 green apple
- 1 lemon
