Pan of potatoes and onions
Instructions
Peel the potatoes and cut them into fairly thick slices, slice the onions.
In an ovenproof dish onion layering, then a potato, salt and pepper, then a layer of onions and potatoes, salt and pepper.
Finish with potatoes, grated cheese and tomatoes broken up.
Sprinkle with oil, pour 1 cup of water and bake in focus.

- 1500 g of potatoes
- 700 g of onions
- 3 fresh tomatoes
- 50 g of grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive oil
