Scalded the peppers on the grill of the oven, Peel, cut into large strips lengthwise, remove the seeds.
In a lightly greased baking sheet, place a layer of peppers and tomatoes, sprinkling each layer with chopped Basil and Parmesan.
Finish with a layer of tomatoes and sprinkled with breadcrumbs.
Bake at 180 degrees already warm for 30 minutes.
