Pan of spaghetti
Instructions
Sauté chopped onion in oil, meat and sliced mushrooms.
Pour 1/2 glass of wine, salt, pepper and cook over low heat until wine evaporates.
Add the tomatoes and basil.
Boil and drain spaghetti al dente.
Deploy onto the bottom of an ovenproof dish a ladleful of sauce, make a layer of spaghetti, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and continue until you run out of ingredients.
Pass in a hot oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.

- 400 g of type pasta spaghetti
- 400 g of peeled tomatoes
- 200 g of minced meat
- 300 g of mushrooms
- 1 onion
- Basil
- 1/2 cup of white wine
- Parmigiano
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
