Instructions

Mix the flour, oil, salt and sugar in a saucepan.

While knead, add a tablespoon or two of water.

Let the dough rest for an hour or two.

Cut the cheese into strips.

Once the dough, roll it up has been condensed to form balls of medium width.

Then, cover with the cheese strips.

Sprinkle with flour and FRY in oil.
