Timbale of apples and raisins
Instructions
Grease and flour a cake tin with high edges of 1 litre capacity.
Wash the apples, peel them, privatel core material, thickly and drizzle with lemon juice to prevent blackening.
Wash the raisins and dry it with a cloth.
Sift the flour, put it in a bowl, add sugar, grated lemon peel, eggs and stir the ingredients.
Add, a little at a time, milk and rum, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon.
Finally, the United oil, apples and raisins and mix them gently.
Pour the mixture into the mold, put it in a preheated oven at 170 degrees and bake the cake for 45-50 minutes.
Put the cake and let it cool; Sprinkle with icing sugar and half of the area.
