Timbale of rice (4)
Instructions
Cook the rice for a few minutes in salted water and leave it to drain.
Dice the ham and mozzarella.
Add spinach, thawed, previously with olive oil, butter and 1/2 sliced onion.
In a bowl mix the rice with all the ingredients and add 3/4 of sauce and salt.
Pour the rice into a buttered baking dish and cover with the remaining bechamel.
Bake at 200 degrees for 25 minutes.

- 150 g of ham
- 300 g of mozzarella
- 300 g of frozen spinach
- 500 g of rice
- 100 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 50 cl of bechamel
- Olive oil
- Butter
- 1/2 onion
- Salt
