Cake with amaretto
Instructions
Let the butter soften at room temperature for about 30 minutes, work it with a wooden spoon until it is frothy, incorporate the egg yolks and when the mixture is homogeneous combine amaretti, cacao, rum, cinnamon, flour and yeast.
Work well the mixture and add the egg whites.
Pour the mixture into a pan and bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle with icing sugar.

- 100 g of butter
- 100 g of sugar
- 100 g of flour
- 125 g of amaretti biscuits
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of cocoa
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 pinch of cinnamon powder
- 1 dram of rum
- Icing sugar
