Grilled chops
Instructions
Put in a large bowl 3 tablespoons of hot water, lemon juice, 1 pinch of salt, 1 teaspoon of dried oregano, chopped garlic and 4 tablespoons oil.
Emulsify and get chops marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Distributive pattern a few times.
Cook the chops on the grill without burning them, spennellandole with the sprig of fresh oregano dipped in the marinade.

- 6 pork chops
- 1 sprig of oregano
- 1 teaspoon of dry oregano
- 2 lemons
- 1 clove of garlic
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
