Instructions
Mix 150 g of cold butter in flakes with flour, working with your fingers until the mixture will be crumbled: join an egg mounted with 85 g of sugar and a pinch of salt and knead quickly.
Formed into a ball and let rest in refrigerator wrapped in film for about half an hour.
Roll out the dough into a pastry too thin and not foderatevi a mold of 22 cm in diameter covered with oven paper, bucherellatela with a fork and put it in the oven at 180 degrees already warm for about 10 minutes.
Beat with a whisk the butter stayed with 150 g of sugar, add remaining beaten eggs, marmalade, cream, grated Peel and juice of lemon and orange.
Turn the mixture into pastry shell and place it in the oven already warm to 170 degrees for about 40 minutes.
Let cool and serve cake decorated with icing sugar and fresh berries.
