Ham pie pisano
Instructions
To thaw the puff pastry and spread it in a pan greased with butter and sprinkled with previously flour.
A fork with a fork to prevent distortion during cooking.
In a bowl, whisk the eggs, salt, pepper to taste.
Cut the ham in squares, the cheese and the mozzarella into cubes and add to the beaten eggs.
Pour this mixture into the pan with the pastry.
Bake at 240 degrees until the mixture has solidified.

- 1 roll of puff pastry
- 6 eggs
- 200 g of gruyere cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon of yeast
- 1 mozzarella
- 200 g of ham cut into large slices
- 1 handful of pine nuts
- Salt
- Pepper
