Instructions

Beat egg yolks well with sugar, then add the orange zest and juice, stirring, then add the flour, taking care not to form lumps, melted butter and egg whites.

Stir gently for a few minutes then add the yeast.

Grease and flour a pan, pour the mixture and bake at 170 degrees for 35 minutes.
