Abbacchio alla romana
Instructions
Wash and dry the meat cut into pieces, salted and peppered with abundance and put in a baking pan previously warmed.
Brown and when will have taken a uniform color, pour the wine or water and vinegar and add chopped Rosemary, garlic and anchovies.
Let simmer for about 30 minutes minimum and then served piping hot.
