Cake with yoghurt
Instructions
Turn on the oven and set the temperature to 160 degrees.
After well washed and washed away the strawberries, put 400 g to marinate in wine with the icing sugar.
Whisk the yoghurt with sugar, then add the egg yolks one by one while continuing to whisk.
Add the flour, baking powder, and the egg whites firm.
Line with parchment paper a pan from 24 cm, pour the mixture and bake.
Bake for 1 hour (check the doneness after about 30 minutes, but not before!) and when cooked allow to cool.
With a knife, empty central portion forming a circle, cut into cubes the dough extracted, and the 2/3 mix with strawberries macerated setups.
Coat the inside of the cake with jam and fill the cavity with the mixture of strawberries.
Decorate the cake with strawberries and cubes of leftover pasta.

- 3 eggs
- 180 g of sugar
- 180 g of flour
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- 500 g of strawberries (or strawberries)
- 80 g of icing sugar
- 50 g of strawberry jam
- 1 glass white wine
