Orange Cake (Torta Arancione)
Instructions
Clean and chop the carrots, mounted egg whites until fluffy, beat the egg yolks with sugar.
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, add the orange juice gradually.
Pour into a greased baking and cook in the oven already warm to 180 degrees for 1 hour.
Meanwhile the caramelized orange peel, cut into thin strips with a spoonful of sugar and a little water.
Decorate the cake with caramelized Orange and serve warm.
