Pork chops in cognac
Instructions
Place chops in a bowl and soak with cognac, wine, oil; the crushed garlic, sliced onion, paprika, salt.
Cover the meat with the marinade (if necessary add more wine).
Cover and let marinate 3 hours.
Lay the chops on a hot grill and cook on both sides with brushed with marinade.
Serve with chopped parsley and grilled vegetables.

- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 cup of cognac
- 1/2 cup of white wine
- Paprika
- Parsley
