Peasant-Style Pork Chops
Instructions
Prepare a beat with the garlic, Rosemary and Sage.
Pour of oil in a pan and let it fry the beat for a few minutes.
Flour pork chops and lightly browned them in sauce.
Add salt, pepper, tomatoes and pitted olives.
Finish cooking by restricting well the sauce, then place the meat on a serving dish and serve.

- 4 pork chops
- 200 g of peeled tomatoes
- 100 g of greek olives
- Sage
- Rosemary
- Garlic
- Flour
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- Pepper
