Instructions
Mix the egg yolks with sugar and add gradually softened butter.
Beat the egg and add light to the dough with flour; Add vanilla, grated lemon peel, and salt.
Working all along; the dough should be soft.
Put the dough in the Pan and add the apples above cut into slices, arranged in a radial pattern (at least the last layer).
Also add the jam.
Put in the oven already warm, cooking for 20 minutes at a high temperature, then another twenty to lower temperature.
