Ham and leek pie
Instructions
Place the flour, put in half the butter, a pinch of salt and the water needed to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
Form a ball and let it rest for half an hour in a cool place.
Meanwhile clean the leeks, cut into slices and season in a pan with a little butter and chopped ham.
Add salt and pepper.
Roll out the pastry to browse, place in a buttered baking dish, pour over leeks, sprinkled with grated Parmesan and over, pour the beaten eggs with the cream.
Bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees for half an hour.
