Quick cottage pie
Instructions
Roll out the puff pastry into a pie plate, cover with a cloth and leave in refrigerator for 10 minutes.
Beat the egg yolks with sugar, blend the ricotta, add the milk little by little, finally the candies.
Pour the mixture into the cake tin and bake in the oven already warm to 200 degrees for 40 minutes.

- 500 g of ricotta
- 1 pack of puff pastry ready
- 100 g of sugar
- 3 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 100 g of candied fruit
