Zucchini chocolate cake
Instructions
Heat oven to 175 degrees.
Grease and flour the mold.
Soften the butter and add sugar gradually.
Fight the eggs and mix everything well.
Add the orange zest, vanilla and zucchini.
Beat well (at this point, there's inquietate mix, will be smoother later).
Stir together flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
Add to Zucchini mixture, alternating with milk.
Put the walnuts.
Put the dough into the mold and bake for 45-60 minutes.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 175 g of butter
- 200 g of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon of grated orange zest
- 50 cl of grated zucchini
- 550 g of flour
- 12 cl of cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of baking
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 12 cl of milk
- 1 cup of fine chopped walnuts (or whole nuts)
