Instructions

Work the butter and sugar with a wooden spoon until a smooth cream.

Add egg yolks one at a time mixing them well before adding the next.

Add the flour and mix well.

Combine the egg whites and mix all ingredients.

Pour the mixture into a buttered and floured mold and place in hot oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.

Cool completely before sformarla.
