Tasty cream and nutella cake
Instructions
Shelled eggs in a bowl, add the sugar, lemon zest and blend for about 20 minutes until the mixture has tripled in volume.
Add the sifted flour and stir gently until you obtain a homogeneous mixture that you put in a buttered mould, possibly.
Bake at 150 degrees for about 30 minutes.
Make a custard with 2 yolks, 250 g flour, 75 g of sugar.
Divide into two parts and roll out pastry in one of two abundant Nutella.
