Apple and walnut cake
Instructions
Cut peeled apples into thin slices and spolverizzarle with the sugar and lemon peel.
Leave to macerate until they make a little sauce.
UN-shell nuts and let soften butter well.
Mix thoroughly all ingredients and pour the mixture into a baking pan greased and floured.
Bake at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.

- 3 apples
- 300 g of flour
- 300 g of walnuts (in their shells)
- 100 g of butter
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- == 1 lemon (zest)
