Nerina cake
Instructions
Crumble the biscuits and mix them with butter (melted Bain-Marie).
With the mixture, create a base of about one centimeter in height within a roasting pan, on the bottom and sides.
Pressed well.
Bake in oven at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes.
Dissolve gelatin in cold water.
Scalded milk and add sugar, 130 g flour, a pinch of salt and the egg yolks.
Cook on low heat, stirring constantly until the custard thickens and stays stuck to the spoon.
Mixed with gelatin, add the chocolate chips and vanilla.
While it is still warm, pour into baking pan lined with biscuit base.
Let cool in the refrigerator and serve with a spoonful of whipped cream.

- 14 biscuits
- 75 g of butter
- 45 cl of milk
- 30 g of yellow flour
- 6 cl of cold water
- 1 sachet of clear jelly cakes
- 130 g of sugar
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 pinch of salt
- 25 cl of whipping cream
- 2 cubes of dark chocolate
- 1 sachet of vanillin
