Veal chops with tomato sauce
Instructions
Soften the crumb of two sandwiches in a little milk, cream.
the yolk, anchovy desalted and fillet, a spoonful of chopped parsley.
Stir well.
Beat the chops, about half of each put a slice of bacon and a teaspoon of the filling of breadcrumbs.
Wet the edges of the chops with the egg white and fold the second half on the first.
Press well all around to adhere well.
In a saucepan melt the butter, lay the chops and cook at medium heat 3 minutes on one side and three on the other.
The sauce that will be forming add two teaspoons of tomato paste diluted in a little warm water.
Cooking courses, adjust salt and pepper.
Serve.
