Almost meringue cake
Instructions
Beat until stiff 2 egg whites with sugar.
In another bowl beat the remaining 3 egg whites, add then to the sugary egg whites, still beating, add the melted butter, cornstarch and cocoa.
Grease a pan sprinkle of sugar and pour in the mixture.
Cook at 150 degrees for 45 minutes.
Baked and let cool.
With the egg yolks, sugar and white wine or favorite liqueur, prepared one to serve with zabaglione cake.

- 5 eggs
- 100 g of sugar
- 50 g of butter
- 50 g of maizena
- 50 g of cocoa
- For the zabaglione:
- 5 tablespoons of sugar
- 5 egg yolks
- White wine (or marsala wine or brandy)
- For buttering the pan:
