Rossini cake
Instructions
In a bowl of unshelled eggs, add sugar and beat with a whisk: must be swollen and foamy.
Add the softened butter and 300 g of flour, stir carefully, pour flush 8 cl of milk and to rain the flour and baking powder.
Stir together apples, peeled and cut into thin slices.
Pour the mixture into a buttered and floured.
Bake in hot oven at 200 degrees for 45 minutes.
Let cool, put on a plate, sprinkle with icing sugar and serve.
