Upside-Down Cake
Instructions
Mix flour, sugar, butter, 2 egg yolks and 4 tablespoons pineapple juice (the pineapple).
Work the mixture vigorously.
Add the yeast and then clear only slightly.
To caramelize without water 3 tablespoons sugar in a pan and then add a knob of butter.
Once cooled add on, flower, 7 slices of pineapple and fill the spaces with the kernels of nuts (if they remain whole the effect is better).
Pour the mixture into the baking pan, on top of the caramel and pineapple and bake in moderate heat (180° c) for 35-40 minutes.
Unmold the cake while still warm (not boiling) taking care not to keep the decoration on the bottom of the Pan

- 150 g of flour
- 100 g of sugar
- 100 g of butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 4 tablespoons of pineapple juice
- 7 slices pineapple
- 10 nuts
- For the caramel:
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 walnut butter
