Instructions
Place the flour, the egg sgusciatevi, add a tablespoon of sugar, softened butter and milk than just for kneading.

In a bowl beat the eggs, add the grated cheese, diced mozzarella, prosciutto and mortadella, cut into strips and then check.
Mix well.
Put aside a small portion of pasta to make the final lattice, pull to browse the rest and foderatevi a baking dish making it go back towards the edges.
Put the stuffing, gently pareggiatelo using the tines of a fork.
Top cover with a thin layer of bechamel liquid enough.
Seal dough by doing the grate as you do with the tarts and spennellatela with milk.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for three quarters of an hour.
