Instructions
Work 1/2 cup of softened butter with 1 cup sugar.
Add the zest of 1 lemon, 120 g of melted chocolate in a Bain-Marie, 6 egg yolks, 6 egg whites mounted to snow and 3 tablespoons flour.
Pour the mixture into a buttered and floured and bake for 40 minutes in the oven at 165 degrees.
Allow to cool, cut the cake in half and spread apricot jam in the middle.
Reassemble the cake and glassarla with chocolate melted in a Bain-Marie.
