Chestnut tortelli
Instructions
Place the flour, combine the yeast, sugar, lemon zest, a pinch of salt, 2 egg yolks, 1 egg white, vodka and the melted butter.
Mix and make a cake.
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1/2 cm, arrange a chestnut cream dollops, fold the dough and make of tortelli.
Bake in hot oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.

- 250 g of chestnut cream
- 250 g of flour
- 75 g of butter
- 75 g of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 sachet of yeast
- == 1 lemon (zest)
- 1 dram of vodka
