Instructions
Clean the leeks and cook for 15 minutes in salted water with the wine.
Drain and cut in half.
Lay them out in a radial pattern with the white part outwards in a round baking dish greased with butter.
Beat the cream with the egg, a little salt and pepper and a handful of grain.
Pour over leeks, sprinkle with abundant grain and butter flakes.
Bake in the oven already warm in 200 ' for 15 minutes.
