Instructions
Defrost the puff pastry for about an hour.
Meanwhile clean the leeks eliminating the green part, wash them thoroughly and mince.
In a saucepan melt the butter, add the leeks, add them then lapped with the broth, add salt, pepper and let them cook in covered saucepan.
Beat the 2 eggs, add the milk pouring it, add salt and pepper.
Lightly flour the work surface and roll the dough into a disc about 3 mm thick.
The pastry-lined thus prepared a mold to smooth, tarts filled with leeks and egg mixture.
Bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees for 25 minutes and serve the tart warm.

- 500 g of frozen puff pastry
- 300 g of leeks
- 200 g of milk
- 30 g of butter
- 2 eggs
- 20 cl of nut soup
- Flour for the pastry board
