Triangles with robiola
Instructions
Private the crust bread slices and cut them into two triangles.
Pour on a little olive oil and season with a pinch of salt.
In a bowl mash robiola cheese and pour a tablespoon of grated cheese, egg and 2 tablespoons of cream.
Stir thoroughly until you obtain a homogeneous compound.
Spread on triangles of bread.
Arrange in a baking dish and place butter veiled in preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes.
Serve very hot.

- 8 slices bread
- 200 g of robiola cheese
- 2 tablespoons of cream
- 1 tablespoon of grated cheese
- 1 egg
- Butter
- Olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
