Brandy crusta
Instructions
Prepare first the ' crusta ': put in coffee saucers, separately, the lemon juice and sugar.
Wet the rim of the glass in lemon juice and, after briefly dripped, pass into sugar.
Let it dry ' crusta.
Put the ice cubes in a shaker and add the lemon juice filtered, sugar syrup, maraschino, angostura and brandy.
Shake well and strain into the prepared glass with the ' crusta ', on which lay the spiral of lemon peel.
Ingredients and dosing for 1 person
- 1/2 lemon (juice)
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 cubes ice
- 1 teaspoon of syrup
- 3 drops of maraschino
- 2 drops of angostura
- 5 cl of brandy
- Spiral 1 of lemon zest
