Instructions
You cook the find choice trout, fresh, well in butter and Sage by placing them in a pot of porcelain pretty thoroughly.
Separately, prepare the sauce: in a saucepan you put in plenty of oil fry with two large handfuls of fine chopped parsley, a clove of garlic dissolved with the knife, thyme, oregano, lemon peel and a previously cooked carrot and even tempered, pepper and salt.
Get wet with abundant and pure vinegar; you pour the hot sauce over trout that, if desired, can be served the next day.
This carpionatura is delicate and nothing detracts from the characteristics of trout.
