Eggs with tomato sauce
Instructions
Far foaming butter, add chopped onion and fry gently for a few minutes.
Combine tomatoes, salt, pepper and cook over high heat for 10 minutes, stirring often.
Shell eggs in a bowl, combine salt, pepper, grated cheese and whisk to obtain a homogeneous compound.
Pour in the sauce, lower the flame and let it thicken, stirring.
Sprinkle with chopped Basil and serve with croutons to taste.

- 6 eggs
- 40 g of butter
- 50 g of emmenthal cheese
- 1 sprig of basil
- 4 tablespoons of diced tomato pulp
- 1 onion
