Eggs with tomato sauce (3)
Instructions
Chop the tomatoes and place them in a saucepan with 1/2 glass of water, salt, pepper and 2 basil leaves.
Simmer for 30 minutes, until the sauce becomes thick.
In a pan put 2 tablespoons of olive oil, pour the sauce and let it take flavor.
Add over eggs and let the yolks become dense.
Add salt and pepper.
