Instructions

Grease the bread slices and let them Brown put on the plate of the oven.

Put the wine in a pan and when it is about to boil, break 1 egg, salt and pepper.

Simmer 3 minutes, making sure that the yolk is fully enveloped by the whites.

Drain the chicken and bake the other eggs by following the same procedure.

Golden brown the bacon into pieces, adding chopped mushrooms; at the end of cooking, remove from the Pan, add the butter and flour.

Stir well and add the egg cooking wine that you have filtered.

Simmer this sauce until it becomes oily.

Place on a tray with bread slices over the eggs and all around the mushrooms with Bacon and sprinkle with the sauce.

Serve with a sprinkle of chopped parsley.
