Instructions

Chop the onion.

Cut the meat into pieces tiny.

Beat the eggs with salt and pepper.

In a Pan fry the onion with a knob of butter, then add the dried beef and saute for a few minutes.

Pour in the eggs and Cook, stirring, until it will be slightly curdled.

Serve with thin slices of toasted bread.
