Instructions

Pour into a non-stick pans oil, sliced onion, salt and cook for a few minutes at moderate heat, until the onion becomes golden brown; then pour in the eggs, being careful not to break the yolks, and then thicken the egg white for a couple of minutes; Add salt and serve.
