Eggs with brussels sprouts
Instructions
In a saucepan, bring to the boil salted water and lessatevi for a quarter of an hour the Brussels sprouts.
Drain them thoroughly.
In a pan heat butter and 30 g of saucepan, heat the ham and onion finely chopped.
Add a tablespoon of flour, a ladle of hot water, Cook for about 10 minutes and then add the cream, salt and pepper.
Let melt the remaining butter in a frying pan, sgusciatevi an egg at a time, and cook for a few minutes on moderate heat.
Add salt very little or not at all.
Place in a serving dish, pour over sprouts hot sauce with ham, stack the eggs and serve.
