Instructions
Line a baking dish with the bacon.
Arrange the slices on top of cheese covering the edges of the baking dish.
Breaking eggs on cheese, season with salt, pepper and cover with the cream.
Put in a hot oven at 220 degrees for about 10 minutes.
Spolverizzarle with the parmesan and continue cooking for another 10 minutes.

- 12 slices of pork belly
- 10 slices gruyere cheese
- 8 eggs
- 4 tablespoons of cream
- 4 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
