Eggs in tomato sauce
Instructions
Melt a knob of butter with 1 tablespoon oil, sgusciarvi eggs, sprinkle with a little Swiss cheese and paprika and after 3 minutes cover to heat the egg yolk.
Heat the garlic with tomato and a splash of tabasco.
Combine olive slices and parsley and cook for 2 minutes.
Serve the eggs with the hot sauce.

- 8 eggs
- Sweet paprika
- 1 walnut butter
- 2 tablespoons of grated emmenthal cheese
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 4 tablespoons of ketchup
- Tabasco
- 10 stuffed olives
- Parsley
- Olive oil
- Salt
