Eggs in the shell
Instructions
Make firm eggs; Let cool, then cut them in half lengthwise and being careful not to break the shell pull out before the egg yolks and egg whites.
Chop the egg yolks and egg whites.
Chop the parsley, chives and dill and combine all the chopped eggs.
Add 60 g of butter left soften to room temperature and mix by salting and peppering.
Fill shells with the mixture of eggs, sprinkle with bread crumbs, paprika, grated emmenthal cheese and curls of butter, then bake them in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for 10 minutes.

- 80 g of butter
- 50 g of emmenthal cheese
- Breadcrumbs
- Paprika
