Instructions

Hard boil the eggs, Peel, cut in half lengthwise, remove the yolks and collect them in a bowl.

Mash with the prongs of a fork, add some chopped tomato pulp, some green and black olives, pitted and chopped, anchovy fillets chopped minutely and lots of mayonnaise as it just enough to mix all, keeping in mind that it should be a soft and fluffy.

Fill the egg whites with plenty of this compound making it protrude a bit window.

Arrange on serving dish a bed of lettuce leaves, lay over stuffed eggs, contornatele with a diced red tomatoes well sodi stripped and deprived of seeds.
