Instructions

Clean the contests, wash them, dry them.

Keep them soaked in milk, dry, then lightly sprinkle with flour.

FRY for a few minutes in a pan with hot oil.

Dry them on absorbent paper towels, sprinkle them with salt and serve hot surrounded immediately by some lemon wedges.

Accompanying wines: Friuli Latisana Pinot Grigio DOC, Val D'arbia DOC, Gravina DOC.
