Scrambled eggs with truffles (2)
Instructions
You toast the bread and deprive it of the crust.
In a bowl, add the eggs shell salt and pepper and beat them for a few minutes with the whip.
Hold the butter out of the fridge and mischiatelo with truffle cream.
In a saucepan heat the cream and butter, allow it to melt over low heat.
Add the eggs, as soon as they begin to stiffen, add the cream, stir for a few seconds and remove from heat.
Serve with toasted bread croutons lightly buttered.
