Vegetables in coconut milk
Instructions
Peel the onion and chop the pulp finely coarsely.
Peel the garlic and tritatelo.
Wash the tomatoes and cut them into large pieces.
Peel the beans French.
Peel the cabbage, wash, dry and coarsely tritatelo.
Heat oil in a wok or a frying pan, dip the onion and garlic and let them cook for two or three minutes making sure not browned.
Add French beans, turmeric and chilli.
Wet salted, with 15 cl coconut milk and simmer for 3 minutes, stirring continuously.
Add the cabbage and tomatoes, simmer for another three minutes.
Soak with the remaining coconut milk and simmer for a minute or two; the vegetables should be warm but crisp.
Taste, season again if necessary, pour into a warm serving dish and serve.

- 30 cl of coconut milk
- 2 great tomatoes
- 250 g of chinese cabbage
- 1/2 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 125 G = = French green beans
- 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- 2 tablespoons of peanut oil
- 1 pinch of chili powder
- Salt
